1. Our Commitment to Quality

At Luvin, we take pride in crafting premium kitchen sinks designed for long-lasting beauty, strength, and performance. Every Luvin stainless steel sink is built with precision and tested for durability to meet the demands of modern homes across Canada and the United States.
To reflect our confidence in the quality of our products, we proudly offer a Limited Lifetime Warranty to the original purchaser.

Luvin by Canovii (“Luvin”) warrants to the original consumer purchaser that its stainless steel kitchen sinks (the “Product”) will be free from defects in materials and workmanship under normal residential use, for as long as the original purchaser owns their home.

This warranty applies only when the product:

Is purchased from an authorized Luvin reseller or distributor

Is installed and used in a single-family residential setting

Has been properly installed, cleaned, and maintained according to Luvin’s official care and installation instructions

While our warranty is designed primarily for residential applications, we also extend limited coverage to other use cases:

Multi-residential or rental properties: 5 years from the date of purchase

Commercial or industrial environments: 3 years from the date of purchase

During the warranty period, Luvin will, at its discretion, repair or replace any sink or component found to be defective in material or workmanship.
Replacement is provided at no cost for the product itself, though the customer is responsible for all labour, removal, installation, freight, and shipping expenses.

If a particular model, finish, or design is no longer available, Luvin reserves the right to provide a comparable replacement at its discretion.

Our warranty does not cover damage or issues resulting from:

Normal wear and tear (e.g., scratches, dents, chips, stains, water spots, or discolouration)

Misuse, abuse, impact, or neglect

Use of harsh chemicals, abrasive pads, or cleaners containing chlorides or acids

Improper installation, modification, or use of non-Luvin accessories

Outdoor or extreme environments, including exposure to saltwater or industrial chemicals

Any indirect or consequential damages such as loss of use or replacement of surrounding materials

If you believe your product qualifies for warranty service, please prepare the following:

A copy of your original purchase receipt or invoice

Photographs or video evidence of the defect

Proof of installation address

Claims should be submitted within a reasonable time after discovering the defect. Once your claim is received, Luvin will review the details, issue a claim authorization number, and provide clear instructions for the next steps in evaluation and processing.

To the fullest extent permitted by law:

This warranty represents the sole and exclusive warranty provided by Luvin.

Any implied warranties (including merchantability or fitness for a particular purpose) are limited to the same duration as this warranty.

Luvin is not liable for any incidental, indirect, or consequential damages.

Note: Some regions may not allow the exclusion or limitation of certain warranties or damages, so these limitations may not apply to you.

This warranty is extended only to the original purchaser and is non-transferable to future owners or occupants of the property.

This warranty is governed by the laws of the Province of British Columbia and the federal laws of Canada applicable therein.

This warranty provides specific legal rights. You may also have other rights that vary by province, state, or country.
